On 23–24 September, the final transnational meeting of the YoungLEAD project took place in Prague. Our partners from Spain (Colegio Carlos V, GrowthCoop), Ireland (Instruction and Formation, De La Salle Churchtown), and the Czech Republic (IEPS, ZŠ Strossmayerovo náměstí) came together to reflect on what we have achieved and to plan the final steps of the project.

A key topic of the discussions was our online learning platform 💻📚 https://www.youngleadproject.eu/learning-platform — a space full of practical materials that help teachers develop leadership and social skills among pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. The partners also discussed its further use and promotion within schools. Pilot testing and webinars have shown how valuable the platform already is and brought new ideas on how to make it even more engaging and useful in the classroom.

The programme also included planning of the multiplier events, during which the project results will be shared with other schools and the public across Europe. 🌍

One of the most inspiring moments of the meeting was the UNESCO Circle workshop 🧑‍🤝‍🧑🔄 – a practical tool that promotes intercultural communication and can be further applied in schools and local communities.

Our partners also visited ZŠ Strossmayerovo náměstí, where they joined lessons and saw firsthand how inclusive education and language learning are naturally supported in everyday school life. 🏫👩‍🏫
